Jobs Management Updates:
- Improved - Enhancements on attachment tab when user does not have secured files rights
- Improved - Updates to additional sites screen and functionality
- Added - Option to view full note details on job file
- Added – Minimize button for loss description on Job Info screen
- Added - Option to allow multiple type selection for company/employees on Job
- Added - Types for additional sites
- Added - Option to auto fill the received date when a job is created
- Added – Option to print log notes report from the log notes tab
 
Workflow Updates:
- Added - Duplicate workflow option when duplicating a job
- Added – Option on workflow tab within the Control Center to sort jobs by all or open
- Fixed - Issue when trying to save workflow setup when fields are correctly populated  
- Fixed - Issue with log notes duplication upon workflow activation
- Fixed - Issue when workflow item was completed & status didn’t changed 
 
Work Orders Updates:
- Added - Open Work Order report to include job number
- Added - Open Work Order report to include option to select all open work orders
- Fixed - Adjusted scrolling in work orders when description dropdown is selected
 
Moisture Mapper Integration Updates:
- Added - Option to sync/not sync dates to/from Moisture Mapper
- Fixed - validation message display when validating data to sync to Moisture Mapper
- Fixed - Issue when adding new locations to account
- Fixed - Server error when adding room to job linked to Moisture Mapper
 
QuickBooks Integration Updates:
- Added – The ability to use default tax in QuickBooks
- Fixed - Issue with notes field being erased in QB when saving customer/vendor/job in PSA Web
- Fixed - Saving a customer/vendor/job in PSA Web no longer wipes out main note in QuickBooks.

Miscellaneous Updates:
- Added – Now requires primary type to be selected in order to sync with desktop
- Added - Job Notifications setup in PSA Desktop will no longer be editable in PSA Web.
- Added - Security rights to Create Own Timecard
- Added - Floor selection on sketch field in custom form edit 
- Removed - “Make Private” button on attachments
- Updated - formatting of messaging on Certificate expiry notification
- Fixed - Issue not recreating sub folders in attachments if they were deleted on the same day.
- Fixed - When changing timecard periods default time set to midnight for reset.
- Fixed - Restricted editing Job Notifications in PSA web that were created in the desktop
 
Customer Portal Updates:
- Removed - Must see notes from the customer portal section
- Removed - Visibility column on notes page & expand notes field

PSA WEB V10.0.5 RELEASE NOTES

Job Management Updates: 
- Improved - Performance enhancements when switching attachment types
- Added - Contact relationships – included Company name as searchable
- Added - Company and Contacts now include address details in schedule dropdowns
- Added - Additional “addresses” tab on job relationships (optional)
- Added - Sequence column & removed the Note Column from the workflow list
- Update – Workflow attachments trigger no longer require specific labels to complete
- Update – Workflow attachments can still require a specific name as a selectable option
- Update – If workflow trigger is past due and an exception note is required the system will force a pop-up note to be entered before trigger can be completed
- Fixed - Dates entered in the workflow action box trigger the next workflow to start
- Fixed - Bad Request error when entering exception notes in workflow
- Fixed - Open/Close buttons no longer displayed for PSA linked databases
- Fixed - Server error when saving Job that requires workflow exception note and has an inactive referrer

- Added - Ability to copy work orders from open & closed jobs
- Added - Ability to duplicate work orders
 
Moisture Mapper Integration Updates: 
- Added - Import screen to import/link existing Moisture Mapper projects
- Added - Logic to backend to pickup any missed create/updates to Moisture Mapper
- Updated – Date Sync with Moisture Mapper
                 - Moisture Mapper Job Start = PSA Estimated Start
                 - Moisture Mapper Job End = PSA Estimated Completion
- Updated –When importing jobs from Moisture Mapper
                 - Moisture Mapper Job Start date will fill PSA Estimated Start
                 - Moisture Mapper Job End date will fill PSA Estimated Completion
- Updated – Job Information Syncing from Moisture Mapper will override PSA job info

Miscellaneous Updates: 
- Updated - Logikos update address field instead of description field
- Added - Support folder structure for PSA-> PSA Web upload utility
- Fixed – Allow clocking in on the web when selected work order has no line items
- Fixed - Double-clicking on save button will no longer create two timecards
