** Server Maintenance **

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our products and services, we will be performing server maintenance on Tuesday, October 8th, beginning at 10 pm EST for approximately 180 minutes to update our psarcweb.com services.

During this time, customers may experience some features / functionality to be delayed during this period. 

We have selected this time to minimize the impact to our customers.  The reliability of our services is our highest priority and this maintenance window is a key step on our path to improved stability and productivity of our products and services.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

PSA - Mobile - Smart Tech V4.2.8 Update

** IMPORTANT (MUST READ PRIOR TO UPDATE) **


PSA Mobile - Smart Tech 4.2.8  is being released tomorrow on both the IOS and Android devices. We recommend prior to update that users turn off their Auto-update features on their devices and manually perform the update. Please ensure your techs have completed the sync PRIOR to installing the update for PSA Smart Tech Mobile App version 4.2.8. Information not synced prior to update may not transfer to the new version of the app.

If you have auto updates turned off you will need to go into the store and manually download the new version. It is also recommended that the app is not running in the background when the update is taking place. If you have any questions or need assistance updating your app please contact our support centre at 866-992-2626 X2 or email support@canamsys.com 

 

Canam Systems is happy to announce the upcoming release for our Smart Tech Mobile App 4.2.8. This latest version will be available on the IOS market or Google Play Store for download on 10/9/2019.

Release Notes:

  • Added - Option to view jobs for upcoming week 
  • Added - Show Category in Time card Sync History
  • Added - On Time clock in screen selector will include category
  • Added - Alternate the Relationship contacts/companies background if there are multiple listed.
  • Fixed - Display the Time Properly in Custom forms
