  • New copy time card option
  • New Autofill Salesperson from employee type option in Job Options
  • New functionality - allow to edit job custom fields on closed jobs
  • Add message and prevent user from checking Transfer timecard automatically at end of period in Company Setting
  • Add Security option for replacing form PDF created from mobile
  • Add new option to view all dates on job as a default view.
  • Added functionality to sync job relationships to CRM when editing jobs in PSA Desktop
  • Improved Performance of WO Conversion process
  • Improved Performance of creating Logs from Templates
  • Fix issue where Mobile app sometimes did not transfer correct line break in text for timecards
  • Fixed issue with time clock where it was allowing users to clock into closed jobs
  • Fixed layout issue with display ALL option in Job Relationships
  • Fix to Timeline printing where the printout was getting cut off
  • Fix for QuickBooks sync to automatically push jobs and customers created by importing from Xactimate
  • New option on contact screen to import company details onto a contact when in edit mode
  • Fix for workflow where notes were not auto sending when workflow is triggered
  • Fix to correct display message when creating new organization to have date selection screens show as proper pop up screens for all browser
  • Fix to CRM sync to properly update created-by and updated-by on job

  • Fix on Time Card Approval screen to default dates to be from the earliest timecard that has not been approved to yesterday at 11:59pm

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our products and services, we will be performing server maintenance on Sunday, February 9th, beginning at 1 pm EST for approximately 180 minutes to update our Smarty Reports engine.

During this time, the Smarty Reports functionality will not be accessible and customers may experience some functionality to be delayed .

We have selected this time to minimize the impact to our customers. The reliability of our services is our highest priority and this maintenance window is a key step on our path to improved stability and productivity of our products and services.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our products and services, we upgrading the Smart Reports engine on Sunday, February 9th, beginning at 1 pm EST for approximately 180 minutes.

During this time, customers will not be able to access the Smart Reporting functionality of PSA Web and may experience some delays in other areas.

We have selected this time to minimize the impact to our customers.  The reliability of our services is our highest priority and this maintenance window is a key step on our path to improved stability and productivity of our products and services.

Emergency Hot Fix released January 9, 2020

There was an emergency patch released last night 01/09/20 which included the following updates.

• Time Card Page From and To date are retained when editing time cards
• Time Card Approval Page From and To date to default to include all dates where there are unapproved time cards
• Fix actual cost summary report where it was not loading for specific jobs
• Log Note Template updated to include Marketing Position Contact Methods
• Emailed Log Notes to include senders email if the user is set to receive Log note notifications (user setting)
• Fix for updating CRM when merging customers in PSA desktop

  • New OAuth2 authentication application to work with new API for QuickBooks Online.   
    •  PSA support will call all clients affected to facilitate use of the new connection.
  • New Job Date Interface change to show all available date fields
  • Add Alternative Status on Job Create if the Received Date is filled
  • Add confirmation bar when trying to make a log note public
  • Added Job Lost Description to the Proven CRM integration
  • Fix issue with creating a log note added when changing Alternative Status
  • Fix for the Time Card screen where the description was not showing in the list
  • Fixed ability to set attachments as Secured
  • Fixed issue with synching Lost/Closed and deleted jobs to Proven CRM
  • Fixed issue with Payments and Invoices not updating Amount Paid and Outstanding amount in CRM
  • Add in company setup option to replace Form PDF with Last form PDF uploaded from mobile
  • Add “All” option on job relationship tab
