PSA WEB MOBILE APP 4.0.1 Released

 

Canam Systems is happy to announce the latest version of our Smart Tech Mobile App. Version 4.0.1 will soon be released to App stores for your users to download. Expected Official Release Date is November 8th 2018 but is determined by Apple and the Google Play store, pending their approvals.

The fixes we have included in this release are :

-Image rotation issue fix for iOS devices

-Allow log note topic to be used multiple times

-Add revenue percent from job type while creating job (API Change)

- Remove Production Closed WorkOrder from Mobile sync based on Setting(API Change)

 

This latest version of our Mobile App will require users to download the PSA Smart Tech Mobile App from either the Apple Store or Google Play Store the app.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We recommend that users turn off their Auto-update features on their devices and Manually perform the update and that their devices.  Users need to ensure that they have completed a sync Prior to installing Smart Tech Mobile App version 4.0.1.  Information not synced may not transfer to the new version of the app.

If you have any issues, please report to support@canamsys.com BEFORE doing the update. Data Loss, including time cards could be affected.

 

To install the latest version of the PSA Smart Tech Mobile App go to either Google Play or the Apple App Store and search for PSA Mobile App to check for availability.

Please note that the 4.0 upgrade is not a mandatory one.  It has lots of new features that customers have been asking for but is NOT a mandatory upgrade.

If you do not wish to receive this update, please ensure that your Auto-updates settings are turned off on your devices.

In the future, the Mobile Version 4 will be the only supported mobile application, but at the moment both 3.75 and 4.0 are supported.

PSA Mobile App Version 4.0

Canam Systems is happy to announce the latest version of our Smart Tech Mobile App.  Version 4.0 in now released to the App stores for your users to download and is Availalble now.

This latest version of our Mobile App will require users to download the PSA Smart Tech Mobile App from either the Apple Store or Google Play Store the app.  This will not be an automatic update from 3.75 to 4.0 as has happened in the past.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Prior to installing the Smart Tech Mobile App version 4.0 users MUST ensure that they have synced all information from their devices.  Information not synced will not transfer to the new version of the app.   If you have any issues, please report to support@canamsys.com before doing the update. Data Loss, including time cards could be affected.

If you do not wish to receive the update - please ensure your mobile device auto update settings are turned off.

Version 3.75 will be available for a short period of time after the release of the latest version of PSA Smart Tech Mobile App.  To install the latest version of the PSA Smart Tech Mobile App go to either Google Play or the Apple App Store and search for PSA Mobile App to check for availability.
